A Digital Artist & Designer
Kourtney The Artist:
I've been creating arts and crafts since I was a little girl. It was my favorite hobby, outside of reading books. In my teen years, I discovered digital art, and I taught myself how to create digital collages and illustrations.
My lifelong love of art inspired me to open an online art shop, so in 2020, I started a business called Magik Jems. The mission behind Magik Jems is to create art that centers, empowers, and provides representation for Black women, with a focus on positivity, healing, upliftment, and representation through art.
I'm a lover of art, and I create art because of how passionate I am about it. I love to create beauty around me as much as I can. It is a blessing to be able to share that with others.

Kourtney The Designer:
I'm not just an artist, I am also a designer. Design has been my passion since the age of 16, and I've relentlessly pursued it ever since. With an MFA in Communication Design and experience in various design positions, from graphic design to lead design, CRO specialist to conversion-centered design, I bring a unique approach to my work. My approach emphasizes both form and function, as I believe that a design not only needs to look beautiful but also needs to be well-thought-out and conversion-focused to truly succeed.
